How long does it take my order to ship?
Every purchase is made to order and takes 7-10 business days to arrive at your door.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, as of now we are not accepting international orders. We are working towards offering our products world wide in the future!
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside of the state of California. For all orders submitted in California a sales tax of 7.25% does apply.
Is my transaction secure?
Your security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. We will not share any of your personal information with any third party and will only use that information to contact you regarding your order if necessary. Transactions on our sight are secured using Stripe to ensure your personal information (your name, address, and credit card number) are safe, secure, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.
The product I want to order is out of stock.
Our products are all crafted in house and we do our best to have everything we offer available. However, unforeseen situations do arise and if something is out of stock please contact us or join our mailing list and we will email you when it is available again.
What kind of materials do you use?
Our products are designed and made in California using internationally sourced top-grain calf leather, along with pig and calf suede. They are individually handcrafted to retain their quality and artistry.
Can I find your products locally?
As of now, we are not offering our leather goods in any brick and mortar shops.

Do you work with international clients?
Unfortunately, as of now we do not. But if you would like to contact us regarding this subject we’d love to hear from you.
What happens if an item is SOLD OUT?
Each of our products are made to order and we do sometimes reach capacity. If the item you are looking for is sold out you may join the waiting list by entering your email on the link next to the sold out product or contacting us. The waiting list is a first come basis and we will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
However, if you would still like to purchase the item please contact us and we will send you a link to the purchase page so you can complete your transaction.It will take longer than usual for your product to be made and shipped out because of demand, however if you order your product will be put in the queue and be made and shipped as soon as possible.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your guarantee, return and refund policy?
We strive to craft the finest quality bags in our ability and will guarantee each product for up to 1 year from time of purchase. If for some reason there is a manufacture defect, or there is a major problem with your item please let us know and we will replace sed product with its equal or of one of equal or lesser value. This does not include water or weather damage. See leather care instructions.
Leather is a naturally sourced material from animals and has unique characteristics that will show through on your piece. These irregularities of colors and/or veins add to the character of each piece and are not to be considered defects.
The beauty in leather is that it will develop a natural patina over time to your personal usage. Normal scratches and usage will occur and are not included in our guarantee.
If there is a problem, however, we will provide the shipping for your damaged product back to our facility and replace it at no cost to you.
Once item is shipped back to our facility we will review and inspect the piece. Upon inspection we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

To maintain your leather, keep out of harsh weather conditions, direct sunlight and avoid contact with water.
We recommend using a leather conditioner, such as Leather Lotion, to remove surface dirt and retain a finished look. Do not use conditioner on suede.
At this time we are accepting all major credit card holders, such as; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not accept check, cash or money order.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Motif No. 3 currently ships all orders with either UPS or Fedex from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Los Angeles, CA.
We are not offering international shipping at this time.
